Honestly... I do not, especially like zoos. Animals in captivity, tight, dirty, small cages. Yes I know is still zoo but I was positively surprised how the zoo in Lisbon looks like. In comparison with zoos which I visited Jardim Zoológico de Lisboa looks totally different. Firstly there is a lot of lush vegetation which makes an amazing atmosphere. Secondly, the peacocks which free roam around the zoo. Jardim Zoológico de Lisboa has many interesting nooks with fountains, vegetation, buildings where are old azulejos, these places are great to making pictures. The zoo is located on uneven terrain, many hills, and stairs. Everything creates a unique atmosphere. The zoo is home to around 300 species. The area where animals lives are really big and varied. For instance, lions have a waterfall and many, many hills in their catwalk. Some monkeys lives without cages, from freedom, divided they water.
