Portuguese cuisine
Food in Portugal is... salty. I have no idea if only me and my friends had bad luck and everywhere where we ate food was too salty for us.
Food in the hotel was good, just good. Everyone was surprised during the first dinner because we got at the dinner - salad, meat and potato crisps. It was really funny because I have never heard about eating crisps for dinner, I treat it like a snack.
Breakfast was really good. We had a selection of food and drinks - coffee, tea, chocolate, fruits, cheese, ham jam, honey, croissants and the best part was - fresh, warm, crisp bread.

Before I came to Portugal I read that Portugal is one of the 3 countries that consume the most fish in the world and Portuguese fish and seafood are delicious and fresh. So it would be strange not try fish there.
When it comes to a restaurant we ate in a restaurant in Sintra where food was so salty and not very tasty. But we found a really nice restaurant next to the river with an amazing view. Each of us ordered salmon with fries and salad. Still was a little bit salty but very delicious. Service was nice and helpful as well.
